What's new:

Improvements:
1) Users can now configure permissions for user statuses, created by
subordinate users. For example, root can now configure permissions for
jsmith's workflows and categories.

Bugs fixed:
1) Problem with ICURRENTFILTER_4 in Firebird has been fixed.
2) Report visibility bug has been fixed.
3) TrackStudio now ignore self-registration rules created by inactive users.
