Changes:

1) Text e-mail notification bug were fixed
2) NTLM authentication has been implemented (contact us to configure).
3) Reports->List exception bug were fixed.
4) Calendar problems for most Asia/Middle East counties were fixed
5) Handler = nobody problem were fixed.
