Yes, everything included, but no English release notes (actually, I think that russian release note almost useless too - it's impossible to identify problem based on that short description, so notes can be used just to decide how major this release).

Presume the updates from 5.0.1 were mostly bug fixes then?

Yes, added notes for 5.0.2 now.

And yes, updates now related to bugs generally, most of them specific to some customer and difficult to replicate.

Installed version 5.0.2 and so far seems OK.

However, there was one minor issue I pointed out a few times when we were debugging the GitHub issues in version 5.0.1 The file comparison window launched when clicking on a file reference in the "SCM References" section is supposed to have the file name in the window title. However, the first character of the file name is still missing. i.e., instead of showing "Build.xml - Google Chrome" it shows "uild.xml - Google Chrome".

What appears to be a new problem is that spaces in the comparison window are now showing as the escape sequence " " Pretty sure this wasn't the case in the patched version of 5.0.1 that I was using.

Any chance you can take a look into the issues mentioned above?

The first one is just cosmetic, however, displaying escape sequence instead of space in comparison window is very painful to work with and pretty much unworkable for files with significant differences.
