Up to 3 operations per task are shown, but a random 3 operations are shown, not the most recent 3.

"14 days and less" means "14 days and before". Changed it to "14 days and after" and it works as expected.

We have different reports for statistics (check for worktime report, distribution report), most of them are html/pdf.
You can also export plain csv data using list report and process them using Excel.
