Hello,

From TS 3.0 to TS 3.1 the access control list has been notably improved. Thanks! :)

But actually I found some things that could be desirable to improve this list:

- User definable rows per page (I want a unique page large list)
- Column click sort facility (now I cant sort by effective user status row)
- Paste control that control duplicate rows (now if you paste a user access control and the actual access control list contain the same user access control that you are going to paste the access control row will be duplicated).
